Dhanbad: Jharkhand Police will conduct thorough checks on all vehicles coming from West Bengal at the Jharkhand-Bengal border to apprehend vehicles entering the state with fake or forged documents. Police will issue heavy challans for entering Jharkhand from West Bengal without valid documents. Giving this information on Monday, Maithon OP in-charge Abhinav Kumar said that as per the instructions of the district administration/senior officials, a checkpoint will be set up near Mukul Petrol Pump from Tuesday to inspect vehicles coming from West Bengal.
