Minister Agnimitra Paul Assures Development of Historic Old Igara High School in Raniganj

Asansol: Minister Agnimitra Paul attended the silver jubilee celebration of the historic Old Igara High School in Raniganj and assured its development. The silver jubilee celebration was organized at the Old Igara High School, located in Raniganj under the Asansol South assembly constituency. On this occasion, West Bengal Government Minister Agnimitra Paul participated in the program and encouraged students by distributing prizes. During the event, Minister Agnimitra Paul highlighted the historical significance of this place, stating that it is a historical site. Coal mining first took place from here itself. She mentioned that just behind the school, there was also an office related to the coal mine. Regarding the development of the school, the minister said that discussions will be held with Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari to further upgrade the school. She assured every possible effort to advance the school's infrastructure and development.
